Please be certain to include a complete description of the issue you are experiencing. You will receive an automated email from our online tracking system with your pt:e-Jacket Ticket number. Please note: Emails received outside the hours of M-F, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST will be responded to the next business day.

You will be required to login to open a ticket. If you do not currently have your personal login and password, please contact prototype:IT by email or phone.

Our general business hour are M-F, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST. However, we do have an after-hours support representative on duty 7 days a week for critical issues. If a message is left for any reason, the support representative will be paged.

Please obtain your ticket number from the support representative even if your issue is resolved. It will assist our support department in tracking trends and building our knowledge base to resolve future issues more quickly.
